I've now decided to sign up for the Second Annual Writers' Platform-Building Crusade hosted by Rachael Harrie (say that five times fast). I'm not entirely sure what this involves, as I wasn't arround for the last one, but if it means I get to meet more cool fellow writers then I'm in!
Care to join us?
Nice to meet you too, Heather :). Thanks for stopping by!
ReplyDeleteWe need a crusaders cheer. So that we can all greet each other with something peppy and familiar!
ReplyDeleteI'm totally in for the crusade! This should be a lot of fun :) Good luck with the ninja writing!
ReplyDeleteHowdy Crusader!
ReplyDeleteA ninja writer--I should do that. I need a kick in the bum. My writing is at a lull (not good).
Becky, a crusaders cheer does sound like exactly what we need :). But I'm... drawing a blank. Any ideas?
ReplyDeleteThanks Michelle :). Looking forward to crusading with you.
Angela, Ninja writing is definitely a good tool for getting your A into G. I was stalled for months, and now I'm probably going to have my first draft finished by tonight! But that was also due to the help of a few killing writer's block techniques.
Congrats on finishing your draft. That's HUGE!! And thanks for visiting my blog and cheering me on. I have about 40K to go on my WIP. Gonna take me a while. :)
ReplyDeleteI joined too!
ReplyDeleteHey Sari, lovely to meet you, welcome to the Crusade :) And another Aussie, yay!!!
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Rach
PS - love the idea of a Crusader chant, will put my thinking cap on. Or a secret handshake??? LOL
C.K., just keep pushing forward (or as Dori from Finding Nemo would say, "Just keep swimming, just keep swimming..). You'll get there :).
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to crusading with you, Ali.
Rachael, always so cool to meet other writers in Aus! And maybe coming up with a chant could be one of the challenges ;)
Thanks for stopping by my blog and the follow! I look forward to getting to know you better during the Crusades:-)
ReplyDeleteLove the Finding Nemo reference! Heehee;) Dori is my favorite.
Hi! *waves* thanks for stopping by my blog! Great job on your WIP progress, by the way! It's such a great feeling to finally say "The End" (and then, back to revisions, or starting a new WIP!) ;)
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on finishing your first draft! That is awesome! I just wanted to stop by and say hello to a fellow crusader! :) Keep writing and keep dreaming! I look forward to getting to know you better! :D
